About Our Beef

Wulf Cattle is one of the country's largest suppliers of several value-added cattle and we have an excellent working relationship with several branded programs. Although varied in some respects, all have similarities that directly affect the consumer.   

GAP-Certified Cattle

• Five-step, animal-welfare program focused on continual improvement 
• All animals must be Verified Natural Certified (see below)
• Animals must come from a GAP-approved ranch and feedlot
• Animals cannot be purchased through a sale barn
• Ranches and feedyards must be audited annually by a third-party-verification company 

Verified Natural Beef

• Cattle have never received hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products
• Each animal is given an individual ID number from birth that aids in age and source verification
• Ranches and feedyards must be audited annually by a third-party-verification company
• Birth to harvest animal traceability is essential for the program 

Non-Hormone Treated Cattle (NHTC)

• Cattle cannot receive implants or hormones 
• Animals qualify for age and source verification
• Ranches must be audited annually by a third-party-verification company
• Birth to harvest animal traceability is essential for the program

We currently do not sell direct to consumers, but our beef is available under several major U.S. brands. We encourage you to support hard working feeders and ranchers by making beef a part of a healthy diet.
